With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing, retaining, and deleting the personal data of our exhibitors and visitors across all channels in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, relevant legislation, and binding decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.
This information is provided to fulfill the clarification obligation toward business partners, customers, expo exhibitors, expo visitors, and real or legal persons with whom communication is established.
Your processed personal data and processing purposes
If you participate in the events of CNG FUARCILIK VE TANITIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. and its affiliated group companies, your personal data consisting of your full name, mobile phone number, email address, institution and position, vehicle license plate, and photo and video images captured during the organization will be processed.
This data is processed for the purposes of carrying out the organization, enabling entry procedures to the event area, providing information, collecting feedback, communicating with you, taking security measures, managing emergency processes, improving service quality, enabling expo exhibitors and visitors to benefit more from the event, increasing the visibility of the organization, developing collaborations, improving employee performance and satisfaction, ensuring occupational safety, and fulfilling legal obligations.
In addition, your photo and video images captured within the scope of the event may be shared on our company’s internal communication channels, corporate social media accounts, website, and the digital channels of business partners.
Method and legal basis for collecting your personal data
Your full name, contact details, position information, and vehicle license plate are obtained directly from you electronically. Your photo and video images are collected physically and/or digitally through recordings made during the event.
This data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the PDPL: “processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller” and “processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.”
Parties to whom your personal data is transferred and transfer purposes
Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to domestic and international third parties from whom we receive services, servers abroad providing data storage services, our affiliates, business partners from whom we receive support services, companies fulfilling audit obligations under the legislation, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations.
If requested by authorized public institutions and judicial authorities under the legislation, your personal data may be shared in accordance with the relevant legislation. The legal basis for this transfer is “compliance with a legal obligation.”
Your rights regarding the protection of your personal data
Under Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed and, if processed, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
- To request correction, deletion, or destruction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
- To request that these actions be notified to third parties.
- To object to a result against you arising exclusively through analysis by automated systems.
- To request compensation for damages caused by processing personal data contrary to the PDPL.
Application and updates
You may submit your requests regarding your rights to the Human Resources Department of CNG FUARCILIK VE TANITIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. in writing at “Sultan Selim Mah. Yamaç Sok. No:6, Kağıthane / Istanbul” or to info@cngexpo.com via secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or registered email.
Your applications will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
